During Admissions Process (Before Admission/Arrival to CityUHK)

: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and CSS Profile available

January 2
: Admissions application deadline

February 15
: Financial aid application deadline

April 1
: Admissions and financial aid decisions released for the upcoming fall semester

August 1
: Admissions application opens

Leading Up to Third Year Transition (During Year Two at CityUHK)

October 1

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and CSS Profile available.

Early February

Third-year transition packets delivered to students, including information on necessary financial aid documents for third-year financial aid.

Late February/early March

GS Scholarship Application available on the Student Success Portal; students notified of availability via email. Students not eligible to file the FAFSA must submit the GS International Student Financial Aid Assessment Form

April 1

GS Scholarship Application deadline (required for Dual BA students preparing to transition to GS for years three and four of the program)
FAFSA deadline (U.S. citizens and permanent residents)
CSS Profile deadline (students entering Year 3 only)
